(this will prevent you from ignoring the call or thinking it is spam)When at the Gate – you or they will Dial a HOUSE NUMBER
RESIDENT will answers the phone, will verifies the gate caller is for them, then, Press 9 on phone dial pad, Gate will Open and Call will Disconnect.

(If you do not hear a Beep and your phone call does not automatically disconnect THEN PRESS 9 again
Hang up or Press # to DENY entry
