18 Hole points golf league rules of play
Cost = $20.00 per player
The first person on the schedule is the caller and will make the phone calls to organize a time to play. You are on a different threesome or foursome each week. We are playing every Thursday after 09:30 AM.
The cards with the teams and points needed can be picked up at lot 756 Sorrento circle in the red mailbox which is just on the bricks inside the carport.
Please realize that not everyone may be able to play when you want to. Be accommodating and remember even though we are retired we do more then just golf.
If you will be away, Let me know and I won’t even put you on the schedule or please contact the caller and let them know that you will not be playing that week.
Points will be awarded for team play, individual points for making over required points and skins.
Team points are 4 for first, 3 for second, 2 for third and 1 for fourth.
For those of you that have not played a points league here is how the points are calculated…..
Boogie is 1 point…Par is 2 points…Birdie is 3 points…Eagle is 4 points…Double bogey or higher is 0 points.
We will be starting Thursday November 9th . And finish the Second week of April.
All play should be completed on the same day unless it is due to weather conditions that come up.
Scorecards will be in the red mailbox in the carport at lot 756 Sorrento Circle. Pick up and drop off when round is completed.
