- A renter is someone staying at a home more than 15 consecutive days. Renters must have an approved application on file at the office
A resident renting their home will be responsible for giving the renter gate access and explain how to get a golf membership if wanted
Renter should check in to the office upon arrival for Yellow Visitor passes and carry with them while using facilities - A visitor is someone staying over 24 hours and less than 15 consecutive days. Both visitors and renters need to carry Yellow Visitor passes while using any of the amenities in the village
- If a visitor is under 18 years of age then they must be with a resident or visitor that is over the age of 18 and carrying either a resident green tag or visitor yellow tag
- No-one under the age of 18 may drive a Golf Cart in the Village
- Visitors and Renters are required to follow the 15MPH speed limit in the village
- Visitors and Renters are required to follow the 10:pm to 8:30am quiet time in the village
